Cancellation Policy
Scheduling • All group training sessions and one-on-one appointments must be scheduled in advance through our online booking system or directly with your trainer. • Clients are encouraged to book sessions at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability. • Sessions start promptly at the scheduled time. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to warm up and be ready to train. • Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, as we must stay on schedule for all clients. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Clients must provide at least 12 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session without penalty. • Cancellations made within 12 hours of the session start time will be considered a late cancellation, and the session will be forfeited. • No-shows will also result in a forfeited session with no opportunity for rescheduling. • If a session is canceled by Semper Fitness due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., trainer emergency, facility issue), you will receive a full credit or rescheduling option at no charge. Membership & Package Policies • Unused sessions do not roll over to the next month unless otherwise specified in your membership terms. • If you need to pause or adjust your membership due to medical or personal reasons, please contact us directly to discuss available options. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a structured, fair, and professional training environment.
