Service Description
Find your strength with Ladies of Iron, an all-women’s strength training class led by Brandi. This class is designed to help women of all ages and fitness levels build confidence, get stronger, and learn proper lifting techniques in a supportive and motivating environment. Brandi will guide you through effective workouts that focus on strength, stability, and endurance — teaching you how to master the barbell, build lean muscle, and improve overall fitness without intimidation. Whether your goal is toning, fat loss, or just feeling more empowered in and out of the gym, this class is your space to grow. Here, you’ll find a community of like-minded women who push, encourage, and celebrate each other every step of the way. No gimmicks, no judgment — just hard work, real results, and the confidence that comes with becoming truly strong.

Cancellation Policy
Scheduling • All group training sessions and one-on-one appointments must be scheduled in advance through our online booking system or directly with your trainer. • Clients are encouraged to book sessions at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability. • Sessions start promptly at the scheduled time. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to warm up and be ready to train. • Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, as we must stay on schedule for all clients. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Clients must provide at least 12 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session without penalty. • Cancellations made within 12 hours of the session start time will be considered a late cancellation, and the session will be forfeited. • No-shows will also result in a forfeited session with no opportunity for rescheduling. • If a session is canceled by Semper Fitness due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., trainer emergency, facility issue), you will receive a full credit or rescheduling option at no charge. Membership & Package Policies • Unused sessions do not roll over to the next month unless otherwise specified in your membership terms. • If you need to pause or adjust your membership due to medical or personal reasons, please contact us directly to discuss available options. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a structured, fair, and professional training environment.
