Glutes Glutes Glutes is Abby’s signature class that focuses entirely on targeting, activating, and strengthening the glute muscles through proven bodybuilding-style training. Each session combines a mix of compound lifts, isolation exercises, and smart training techniques to help you grow stronger, improve balance and posture, and achieve a well-rounded lower body. Abby breaks down form, tempo, and progression so you can maximize results while keeping your joints safe. This isn’t just about looks — strong glutes are the foundation for better athletic performance, reduced injury risk, and more confidence in and out of the gym. Expect to feel the burn, see the growth, and walk away knowing you pushed your limits.

Cancellation Policy
Scheduling • All group training sessions and one-on-one appointments must be scheduled in advance through our online booking system or directly with your trainer. • Clients are encouraged to book sessions at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability. • Sessions start promptly at the scheduled time. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to warm up and be ready to train. • Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, as we must stay on schedule for all clients. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Clients must provide at least 12 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session without penalty. • Cancellations made within 12 hours of the session start time will be considered a late cancellation, and the session will be forfeited. • No-shows will also result in a forfeited session with no opportunity for rescheduling. • If a session is canceled by Semper Fitness due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., trainer emergency, facility issue), you will receive a full credit or rescheduling option at no charge. Membership & Package Policies • Unused sessions do not roll over to the next month unless otherwise specified in your membership terms. • If you need to pause or adjust your membership due to medical or personal reasons, please contact us directly to discuss available options. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a structured, fair, and professional training environment.
